BETA Design worked closely with Williams Group prior to the start of design to determine how the associates of Williams Group interact, how teams are built, and what the overall goals were for the project. This programming phase, coupled with the innovative creativeness of BETA Design was critical in achieving an office environment that integrates the brand of Williams Group with its culture and reflects a positive message for all those who enter the space. Particular emphasis was also place on the materials chosen for the space, including the use of Greenguard certified Steelcase office furniture to provide an environment free of toxins or chemicals that could negatively affect the indoor air.
